Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Clinician to join our team at Nationwide Children's Hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric nursing, particularly in movement disorders and ketogenic therapy.

The Nurse Clinician will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to children with movement disorders and epilepsy. This includes developing and implementing educational programs, providing patient education, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care and care coordination services for pediatric patients with movement disorders and epilepsy
  • Develop and implement educational programs for patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and provide patient education
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

  • BSN degree from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Ohio nursing license
  • At least 3 years of experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in movement disorders and ketogenic therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
