Asheville Comprehensive Treatment Center, part of Acadia Healthcare's network, is a leading provider of medication-assisted treatment in the United States. Our dedicated counseling team offers empathetic, high-quality therapy to individuals seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality guidance in both individual and group therapy sessions.
- Plan, manage, and document patient recovery processes.
- Co-facilitate group or family therapy sessions as required.
- Ensure timely and clear documentation of patient care and treatment incidents.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient.
- Conduct initial and follow-up assessments.
- Assess patient needs and coordinate referrals to additional programs or facilities as necessary.
- Plan aftercare for assigned patients when appropriate.
- Provide crisis intervention support as needed.
- Manage case responsibilities for patients, ensuring tailored quality care.
- Act as a liaison between patients and referral sources when necessary.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED; or
- Bachelor's degree in a social or health services field; or
- Master's degree in a social or health services field;
- Degree must be from an accredited institution with practicum experience for licensure.
- Previous experience in addiction recovery and/or medication-assisted treatment environments.
- CADC-I, CADC, LCAS-A, LCAS, LCSW-A, LCSW
- Licensure or certification is mandatory for application.
