Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team at Brandi's Hope Community Services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interactive skills and a positive, creative, and energetic attitude to support an individual with intellectual/developmental disabilities who has challenging communication and behaviors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing daily support to individuals with varying degrees of development/intellectual disabilities
  • Assisting with job supports, self-care, recreational activities, and community inclusion
  • Transporting clients to appointments as needed
  • Reporting to work assignments with clients as a job advocate
  • Assisting with feeding and hygiene

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of verifiable work experience in the last three years
  • Current, valid driver's license
  • CPR training
  • Background check and drug screening
