Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Antenna Systems Engineer to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for assessing platform-level performance across cellular technologies towards EMI and RF primarily Antenna sensitivity and Coex losses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing in-house test systems to validate and characterize RF parametric performance
  • Executing validation and characterization test plans to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Performing failure analysis to understand low-margin or failing behaviors using experimental software and hardware
  • Collaborating with test equipment vendors and technology suppliers to optimize RF parametric performance
  • Tracking validation status, analyzing results, and communicating issues and insights from data
  • Bringing up device-under-test and setups for validation preparedness
Requirements
  • BS with 10+ years of relevant experience in RF engineering and test
  • Hands-on experience with RF lab test equipment, including VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal/RF generators, and Oscilloscope
  • Strong understanding of cellular industry standards, including 3GPP, 3GPP2, and carrier specifications
  • Experience with low-noise amplifiers (LNAs), client, and FEMs in module packages for cellular 4G and 5G
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel domestically
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Python and IoT for Telecom (Cellular)
  • Knowledge of digital signal processing and RF circuit design
