We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining hall at Colby College. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and managing a team of hourly employees.
About the Job:
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of up to 30 hourly employees
- Manage cafe operations, including scheduling, inventory, and budgeting
- Maintain compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions

Requirements:
