Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership and be able to effectively manage and develop a team of nurses. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a team of nurses
  • Coordinating patient care and services
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Maintaining high-quality patient outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current RN licensure
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse manager or leader
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
