We provide a structured work schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, along with a competitive salary, annual paid time off, a 401k plan with matching contributions, and health insurance benefits subsidized by the company.

Exceptional customer service is essential. While medical experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory as we offer comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet all patients and visitors with outstanding customer service.
  • Respond promptly to patient inquiries, both in-person and through other channels.
  • Accurately collect and verify patient demographic and insurance details.
  • Document all transactions and critical information using our management system.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist patients with the registration process.
  • Adhere to standard check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Monitor patient wait times and communicate updates as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized waiting area and front desk.
  • Schedule appointments in accordance with practice protocols.
  • Comply with all relevant regulations and internal policies, including HIPAA and PCI standards.
  • Stay informed about the products and services offered by our practice.

Qualifications:

Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (such as a GED or completion of post-secondary education).
Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a medical office setting is required.
