Product Support Clinical Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist Vascular Product Support to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support for vascular products and procedures to a wide range of clinical professionals.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with sales representatives and district managers to provide direction on cases and physicians that require technical support.
  • You will educate customers on the safe and effective use of our products, as well as provide information on clinical results and efficacy.
  • You will support regional sales strategy, working with sales representatives and managers to achieve business plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for vascular products and procedures.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and district managers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver educational materials to customers on product safety and efficacy.
  • Support the development and implementation of regional sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare or a related field.
  • H.S. Degree or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
