Job Summary

E9ine Development, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate tasks and schedules for construction workers
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion
  • Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Report progress to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in construction software and tools
