Key Responsibilities:
    As a Heavy Highway Construction Driver at Swank Construction Company, LLC, your primary responsibilities will include operating large company vehicles safely and efficiently. This may involve driving slurry tankers, tractor trailers, dump trucks, flatbeds, tri-axels, and other company CDL vehicles to and on various construction sites. You will also be responsible for conducting pre-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle, identifying and reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
    In addition, you will be required to maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is stored securely and following safe practices when loading and unloading materials on construction sites. Your ability to effectively communicate in English and understand safety standards in accordance with company policies and OSHA will also be essential. Furthermore, you will be expected to follow instructions from supervisors and perform all other tasks as directed. Lastly, you will need to pass regular drug screens and background checks, including an MVR check.
