About the Role

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will play a critical role in supporting and managing the day-to-day functions of the Financial Planning and Analysis team to ensure rapid and high-quality reporting and management of business intelligence and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analytics: Support the FP&A Director in designing, implementing, and maintaining reports, visualizations, and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Annual Budgeting and Forecasting: Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial planning.
  • Revenue Operations: Collaborate with the Rev Ops team to drive revenue growth and optimize business performance.
  • FP&A Team Management: Manage the FP&A team in delivering segment, cross-functional, executive, and external business support functions, including:
    • Data Validation: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all EPM systems, including reconciliation.
    • Monthly Analysis and Reporting: Provide timely and actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Annual Budgeting: Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial plans.
    • External Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to external stakeholders, including the board, investors, and lenders.
  • Business Partnering: Operate as a business partner to several segment leaders and executive leaders, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Workforce Planning: Manage workforce planning, including monthly census reporting and new requisition requests.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 2 years in a company with a revenue range of $100 million.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in a SaaS company, preferably in the SMB segment.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with EPM build, implementation, and management, as well as dynamic modeling, data validation, and visualization tools.
  • Cross-Functional Experience: Experience in a business support or cross-functional model, with exposure to M&A.
