Position Overview:
Accountable to the Rehabilitative Services department for executing therapy programs and contributing to the overall functionality of the department. Responsible for delivering courteous, precise, and timely service to our clients.
Compensation Range: $33.00 - $38.00

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
- Current licensure as a physical therapist in Ohio is required.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required or must be obtained within three months of employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver effective and high-quality physical therapy treatments to all assigned patients, effectively communicate patient needs, progress, and concerns through written documentation and verbal interactions with interdisciplinary team members, provide supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants to ensure quality patient care, document patient assessment and treatment outcomes in accordance with departmental policies, oversee Physical Therapy Aides as they assist with patient activities, assist in scheduling and coordinating activities within the Physical Therapy Department, and perform additional duties as assigned.
