Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced and collaborative physical therapists to provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes in Warren, MI, and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality outpatient PT services to patients in their homes
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes
- Utilize Luna's innovative technology and support systems to streamline documentation, billing, and patient engagement
- Enjoy autonomy and flexibility in scheduling, with opportunities for full-time or part-time work

- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- 1+ years of experience in outpatient PT
- Liability insurance and CPR/BLS certification
- Flexible scheduling and referral program
