Overview

Select Physical Therapy is a leading provider of physical therapy services, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Trumbull, CT.

Position

As a Physical Therapist with Select Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and directing treatment for patients with medically necessary physical therapy needs. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Compensation

Specialties

Select Physical Therapy offers a wide range of specialties, including aquatic, vestibular, concussion management, sports medicine, pelvic health, oncology rehab, hand therapy, pediatrics, lymphedema, neurological, and FCE/work conditioning. You will have the opportunity to work with patients across various settings and populations, and contribute to the development of our clinical programs.

Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  2. Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  4. Participate in facility meetings and contribute to the development of our clinical programs.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school and hold a valid State Physical Therapist License. You must also have Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
