Job Summary

Cynet Systems is seeking a highly skilled Audio Visual Specialist to join our team. As an Audio Visual Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audio and video services to support our corporate webcasts and UC technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Webcast Support: Provide technical support for corporate webcasts, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
  • UC Technology Management: Manage and maintain UC technologies such as Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco video conferencing systems.
  • Meeting Organization: Plan, execute, and track multiple meetings, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Virtual Event Technology: Stay up-to-date with the latest virtual event technology trends and best practices.
  • Facilities Liaison: Collaborate with facilities and booking teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Webcast Production: Coordinate webcast production, including scheduling and booking.
  • Client Support: Attend client meetings and conference calls to identify issues and provide recommendations.
Technical Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, MS Live Events, Pearl 2, IBM (Ustream), Webex Meeting, WebEx Events, Jira, VC Systems, and video editing programs (Adobe Premiere Pro).
  • Video and Audio CODECs: Knowledge of video and audio CODECs.
  • MS O365 Suite: Proficiency in MS O365 Suite.
  • AV Equipment: Proficiency in working with AV equipment, mixers, HD, and various support and trouble-ticket systems (Service Now).
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT working as a Telecom and Webcast technician.
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Collaboration Tools: Experience using collaboration and conferencing tools such as Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams.
  • Additional Skills: Technical, analytical, and presentation skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and strong MS Office skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
