Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Manager to join our team at Talent Search Group, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans in accordance with government and client standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate and report on accidents and incidents, and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with project leaders and division managers to ensure safety compliance and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, and ensure our company is in compliance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in safety management in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.
  • OSHA 510 and 500 certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in safety, industrial hygiene, or a related field.
