As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be accountable for all facets of the customer experience across various business lines (retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel) within a store environment, including but not limited to:

  • Engaging as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Building rapport with customers from the initial greeting through post-sale follow-up.
  • Consistently applying benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals.
  • Encouraging team selling and positively influencing the achievement of store sales targets and metrics.
  • Assisting with visual merchandising, setup, and other store-related projects, as well as conducting inventory counts.
  • Managing the cash register and processing transactions at the point of sale.
Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders to access merchandise and supplies, and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
You may have the chance to voluntarily work across multiple store locations and brands.
