POSITION SUMMARY:
Sherry Dennard - State Farm Agent is seeking a driven individual who can identify opportunities and effectively convert leads into enduring client relationships. As an insurance and financial services consultant, your expertise in insurance offerings and market dynamics will enable you to engage with clients, assess their requirements, and promote products or services that deliver optimal value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic with a steadfast commitment to achieving success daily.
  • Collaborate with the agency team to foster lasting client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Interest in promoting products and services tailored to client needs.
  • Possession of Property & Casualty Producers License.
  • Possession of Life & Health Producers License.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
