- Deliver a positive and personalized shopping experience, ensuring that members feel valued and appreciated.
- Sales and Promotions
- Promote our membership programs and services to members, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our offerings.
- Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, and providing recommendations to members on products and services.
- Membership and Retention
- Convert potential members by actively and effectively pitching our membership programs, and providing clear and concise information on our offerings.
- Follow up with members to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues they may have.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure that all club policies and procedures are followed, and that the sales floor is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Prior front-line customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of goal achievement.
- Skills and Abilities
- Basic math skills and computer proficiency preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions
- Most of the time is spent frequently remaining in a stationary position on hard surfaces.
- Occasional lifting of objects up to 30 pounds, with assistance as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $14.50, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including weekly pay, free membership, and generous time off programs.
