Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Assistant to join our Medical Surgical team at Community Medical Center. As a key member of our patient care team, you will provide exceptional support and assistance to patients and families, working collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and mobility assistance.
  • Assist with Phlebotomy tasks, including blood draws and specimen collection.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • CNA license in the state of Montana.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain BLS Healthcare Provider certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CNA experience preferred, but not required.
  • One year of adult acute care experience preferred.
  • Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
