We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at To Help Everyone Health & Wellness Centers. As an LVN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the overall mission of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist healthcare clinicians in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and coordinating services.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, drawing blood samples, and performing routine laboratory tests.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of California.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a community health clinic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional growth and development.
