As a Regional Home Manager at DaVita, you will be a key player in a team that prioritizes work-life balance and personal growth.

We are seeking an ambitious, operationally-focused, and results-driven leader to join our team.

You will have a direct impact on patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting.

Healthcare experience is not required, but you will be working closely with physicians and surgeons to foster relationships and oversee Home physician engagement for the region.

You will also partner with in-center teams to deliver quality modality education for patients and maintain and grow hospital partnerships as applicable.

As a leader, you will make a significant impact on our teammates' lives by building trust, communication, and active leadership.

You will report out on facility operation and clinical outcomes to the leadership team and partner with leadership in developing plans of correction for any clinical quality issues.

You will also work with the Manager of Clinical Services to manage all regional clinical responsibilities for Home programs.

Financial and operational statuses will be reported up to regional leadership, and you will work with Regional Operations Director and Facility Administrators to manage labor among clinic-level Home teammates.

Staffing, scheduling, and patient load management will be key responsibilities, with up to 50% travel in the local region.

We have a strong track record of facilities meeting or exceeding CMS's standards in the government's two key performance programs.

We expect our nurses to commit to improving patient health through clinical goal-setting and quality improvement initiatives.

An appetite for continuous improvement and innovation is also essential, as is two-four years of healthcare management experience, experience with kidney dialysis and education, and a Bachelor's degree in a related area.
