About Us:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the day-to-day office tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Utilize Excel for data management, reporting, and other administrative purposes.
  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders effectively via phone and email in clear and professional English.
  • Maintain QuickBooks and perform bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record management.
  • Assist clients by answering questions and providing information in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate has intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, a willingness to learn QuickBooks, and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with Excel: Intermediate to advanced proficiency required.
  • QuickBooks Knowledge: A plus, but not mandatory; willingness to learn is appreciated.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with office software and learning new tools.
