The Urban League of Portland is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support general operations and the team.

Job Description

This individual will be responsible for managing general operations, including checking voicemail, collecting and opening mail, responding to emails, maintaining the team calendar, ordering equipment and supplies, and performing IT troubleshooting tasks.

Additionally, this role will involve accounting support, including collecting invoices and receipts, preparing check requests and purchase orders, entering bills into bill.com, logging and depositing checks, processing credit card bills, and preparing monthly staff time allocation sheets.

Other responsibilities include scheduling regular staff meetings, coordinating catering and logistics for staff events, organizing birthday and holiday treats for staff, printing and mailing receipts and reports, supporting annual fundraisers and board meetings, and assisting with recruitment efforts by posting job announcements, managing hiring email, collecting and tracking applications, and scheduling interviews.
