About the Role

RS21 Careers is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence (AICOE) and driving the adoption of AI/ML technologies across our workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to educate the workforce about the program and promote enterprise-wide adoption of AI/ML.
  • Create engaging educational materials, including presentations, brochures, and website content, to facilitate understanding and implementation of AI/ML technologies.
  • Organize and lead workshops and training sessions to enhance technical proficiency among employees and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote the program's initiatives and successes, building a strong network of support.
  • Develop and implement surveys and forms to gather feedback, enhancing the user experience and ensuring continuous improvement in AI adoption.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of related experience, with a track record of successful strategic planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies in the communications field.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in business operations.
  • Ability to create engaging and informative content tailored to various audiences.
  • Experience with website content management systems.
  • Ability to translate technical information into accessible, engaging content.
  • Experience in developing surveys and gathering user feedback.
  • Ability to Obtain a DOE Q-Clearance.
