Key Responsibilities:- Provide Help Desk support to customers for all areas related to Information Systems.
- Enter and monitor all Help Desk calls in database, determine and assign category and priority levels, escalate problems.
- Troubleshoot users' routine problems in order to identify solutions and/or type of support needed.
- Monitors call status through to resolution and follow-up with end user to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Play an active role in creating a safe and healthy workplace and comply with all applicable safety and health rules.
- General working knowledge of corporate used computer systems, enterprise software/applications, and networks.
- Ability to use Help Desk software.
- Working knowledge of current corporate PC-based desktop environments.
- Ability to gain knowledge of total IS responsibilities and contacts.
- Familiarity with the company's safety and health policy and program.
