Product Technical Support Specialist

Framatome is seeking a highly skilled Product Technical Support professional to join our team in Lynchburg, VA. As a key member of our Nuclear Parts Center Business Line, you will play a critical role in ensuring the technical and quality aspects associated with the supply of new or replacement components for commercial nuclear power plants.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineering groups and outside vendors to ensure technical and quality aspects are met.
- Provide technical support and expertise to internal and external customers.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and quality.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
