Qualifications:
Minimum educational requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline; a master's degree is preferred. Candidates pursuing a PhD are also welcome.
Experience requirements include:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in RNA technologies and process optimization.
- Strong understanding of RNA purification techniques or chemical engineering principles is highly desirable.
- Practical experience with process development methodologies is essential.
- Hands-on proficiency with AKTA chromatography systems and Unicorn software is required.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities are necessary.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team setting with minimal supervision are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of RNA manufacturing processes, focusing on RNA purification and chromatographic analysis.
- Support the programming, preparation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of AKTA chromatography systems.
- Prepare laboratory equipment for small-scale experimental setups.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various functions on analytical testing and data interpretation.
- Contribute to both team efforts and individual tasks to achieve project goals and timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to instructions, and comply with company and EHSS standards.
- Engage in improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiencies.
- Ensure thorough documentation of experimental procedures and results.
