Job Title: Gene Kelly Award Intern

Job Summary:

Pittsburgh CLO is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with the Gene Kelly Awards program. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Education and Education Operations Coordinator to coordinate submissions, process judge scores and comments, and prepare for special events.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate submissions and process judge scores and comments
  • Prepare for special events, including scheduling judges and managing backstage operations
  • Organize database information, including school and nominee data
  • Assist with managing performers, volunteers, and guests during the show
  • Maintain a visible presence on social media platforms and the CLO website

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with web-based communication and website content management
  • Ability to work well in a small team and maintain a high level of attention to detail

What We Offer:

  • Hourly compensation starting at $8.00 per hour
  • Internship part-time, temporary, non-exempt position with a dynamic organization and engaged team
