Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Inventory Manager to join our team at Haverhill School District. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory of building supplies, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to our schools and departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Order, organize, and maintain PAR levels of inventory for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other related building supplies.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Make frequent and daily trips to purchase supplies from various suppliers as requested.
  • Logistics and Delivery: Load, transport, and deliver items (including heavy equipment) to schools and departments in a safe and timely manner.
  • Maintenance Support: Deliver and pick up outside maintenance equipment for maintenance and repair.
  • Transportation: Maintain a safe driving record and abide by all transportation laws.
  • Additional Duties: Assume responsibility for any other duties as indicated by the Director of Facilities, Superintendent of Schools, or his/her designee, and policies of the Haverhill School Committee.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License.
  • Clean Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record.
  • High School Diploma: High School Diploma is required.
  • Lifting Ability: Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, or drive heavy items for extended periods of time.
  • Computer Skills: Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel for basic computer use.
  • Organizational Skills: Must have strong organizational skills.
