Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Care Professionals to join our team of dedicated caregivers. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, helping them to maintain their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and empathetic caregiving
  • Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care services
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation

Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience or certification as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
  • Reliable transportation to and from clients
  • Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities
  • Ability to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
