Position: Client Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet pet owners warmly upon their arrival
  • Assist in checking in patients for their scheduled visits
  • Gather and confirm necessary information from pet owners
  • Operate a multi-line phone system and manage communication channels
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and handle any cancellations
  • Process payments and clarify charges as needed
  • Maintain accurate client records and perform various administrative duties

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy setting
  • Competence in using computer systems and office equipment
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems is a plus
  • Reliable transportation is necessary
