Position: Client Care Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet pet owners warmly upon their arrival
- Assist in checking in patients for their scheduled visits
- Gather and confirm necessary information from pet owners
- Operate a multi-line phone system and manage communication channels
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and handle any cancellations
- Process payments and clarify charges as needed
- Maintain accurate client records and perform various administrative duties
Required Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy setting
- Competence in using computer systems and office equipment
- Experience with electronic medical record systems is a plus
- Reliable transportation is necessary
