Baruch Senior Ministries, a faith-based nonprofit organization, is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to serve as our Executive Director/Administrator at Fountain View Assisted Living in Lowell, MI. Our organization is committed to providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable residents, and we are looking for a leader who shares our passion and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall facility operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Lead by example in customer service, employee relations, and quality assurance.
  • Select, hire, supervise, and develop qualified personnel to lead major departments.
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities, developing and implementing an annual business plan to achieve financial goals and maintain high occupancy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care facilities, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Word, Outlook, and other software programs used by Baruch.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative management style.
