Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Omni Engineering, a CRH company. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling and marketing asphalt and construction materials to commercial and residential customers in Nebraska and Iowa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and estimating, to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales reports and data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the construction materials industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
