Compensation & Benefits:
- Attractive hourly wage of $14-15/hour along with performance bonuses on membership sales

- Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) with prior experience in retail or sales (preferred)
- Exhibit strong analytical skills, proficiency in math and computer usage, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
- Have a commitment to holistic wellness with a foundational understanding of massage and skincare services
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and appreciated
- Educate clients on the benefits of Total Body Care, promote new and enhanced services, sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program, schedule future appointments, and recommend retail products based on service provider advice
- Facilitate clinic operations by welcoming clients, managing appointment schedules, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns
- Assist in growing and maintaining a loyal client base through in-person interactions and outreach
