ROLE SUMMARY

The Member Services Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to members, potential members, and guests, ensuring a welcoming and positive environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide a warm welcome and assist members, prospective members, and guests with exemplary customer service.
  • Handle front desk operations:
    • Respond to phone inquiries and provide accurate information.
    • Check-in members efficiently.
    • Facilitate new member registrations.
    • Conduct facility tours for interested individuals.
  • Update member accounts as required.
  • Address member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with management as necessary.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the facility through regular maintenance tasks.
  • Qualifications:
    • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
    • CPR/AED certification must be obtained within specified timeframes.
    • Tanning Certification required within designated timeframe.
    • Genuine interest in fitness and wellness.
    • Professional and positive attitude.
    • Dependable, punctual, and disciplined.
    • Respectful and diplomatic in all interactions.
    • High school diploma or GED is required.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
