Speech-Language Pathologist - Outpatient Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as an Outpatient Therapist. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and high-energy team, providing rehabilitative and skilled treatment intervention to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and develop appropriate plans of care.
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services as needed.
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
  • Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system.

Requirements:
  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
