Job Description

This role requires a skilled individual to lead restaurant operations, drive customer satisfaction, and develop high-performing teams at Wingstop in South Euclid, OH.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Direct team members during shifts, providing guidance and training for optimal performance.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality and safety standards.
  • Shift Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment throughout the shift.
Requirements:
  • Food Handler Certification: Required for all candidates.
  • Previous Experience: Ideal for those with previous experience in fast-food or restaurant environments.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities necessary to succeed in this role.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $13.00 - $18.00 per hour, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, profit sharing, and free meals.
