Mid-Step Services, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving individuals with intellectual disabilities, is seeking a highly skilled Home Community Based Services (HCBS) Coordinator to join our team in Sioux City, IA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staffing and developing individual member program plans to ensure proper implementation.

Requirements:
