About the Role:

Prairie Ridge Health is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Department on a part-time, as-needed basis. This position involves working variable shifts, including weekdays and weekends, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, including medication procurement and distribution.
  • Provide clinical pharmacist services to patients, including consultative services to medical staff.
  • Supervise and direct pharmacy technician staff, as well as other members of the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with PRH team members to promote safe handling, storage, distribution, and administration of medications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited pharmacy program.
  • Valid Wisconsin pharmacist license.
  • CPR certification.
  • Computer knowledge.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday: 6:30am or 7:00am-3:30pm.
  • Weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays: 7:00am-1:00pm.
