POSITION SUMMARY
The role of the Event Services Associate is to create unforgettable experiences for guests during various events. This position encompasses a wide array of responsibilities to ensure seamless execution from beginning to end. Duties include setting up and dismantling event materials, transporting supplies, taking guest orders, and engaging with attendees to enhance their experience.
Success in this role requires adherence to safety protocols, compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards of quality. The Event Services Associate will be active throughout the event, requiring physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform hands-on tasks such as lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 pounds.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
License or Certification: None necessary.
The compensation for this position ranges from $16.00 per hour, with potential benefits including a 401(k) plan, accrued paid time off, sick leave, and wellness benefits, subject to eligibility and other requirements.
