Job Title: Wealth Fiduciary Advisor

At Johnson Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Fiduciary Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business plan to achieve new business development, client referral, and retention objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive new business development, client referral, and retention.
  • Responsible for significant new business resulting in revenue growth.
  • Deliver a distinctive client experience by providing fiduciary expertise, investment management, financial planning, and advisory services.
  • Understand clients' financial objectives through a purposeful discovery process and financial planning approach.
  • Responsible for accurately opening and closing of accounts within Trust operating systems, including tracking of incoming/outgoing transfer of assets and cash.
  • Provide expertise in estate valuations, insurance claim processing, will file, vault, and probate procedures.
  • Clearly communicate financial solutions and effectively overcome objections.
  • Assemble collaborative teams of specialists to deliver comprehensive advice and solutions spanning insurance, brokerage, mortgage, and commercial banking.
  • Match prospect needs with JB Wealth solutions, including estate planning, investment, succession planning, and post-death services.
  • Establish wealth strategies, including implementation, maintenance, and communication.
  • Actively manage inherent risks by adhering to internal policies and procedures, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage complex financial solutions, including communication, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing administration of client relationships.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation of client relationships.
Sales Advising and Servicing Clients:
  • Execute our comprehensive sales process, including successful prospecting, planning, and gaining new business.
  • Knowledge of full portfolio of JFG products and services, actively cross-selling full breadth and depth of products.
  • Actively call/joint call on identified target segments, prospects, centers of influence, etc., to lead new business development and client acquisition efforts.
  • Expand new and existing relationships by advising and recommending appropriate solutions that will exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business partners to expand customer relationships across all lines of business.
  • Meet or exceed client retention goals.
  • Perform proactive customer needs assessments on a regular basis.
  • Give persuasive sales presentations and tailor delivery and material to meet audience needs.
  • Apply sound judgment, innovation, and appropriate creativity in management of client relationships.
  • Responsible for a variety of full-service financial transactions, requiring thorough analysis, document interpretation, specialized solutions, discretion, and risk management.
  • Participate in an active and meaningful role in a community or industry organization.
Cross Sales and Referrals:
  • Knowledge of full portfolio of JFG products, ability to cross-sell full breadth and depth of products.
  • Responsible for establishing, building, and maintaining strong internal relationships across all lines of business to ensure consistent and frequent referral activities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed cross-sell/referral goals.
