About the Role

As a Clinical Practice and Development Lead at UMass Memorial Health Care, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs to enhance clinical practice and patient safety. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing, Education, or a related healthcare field and significant experience in teaching and leadership. A current RN license in the State of Massachusetts and BLS instructor certification are also required.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 per year, based on location and experience. The schedule requires working every 5th Saturday, and flexible self-scheduling is necessary to collaborate with all shifts.
