Director of Rehabilitation Opportunity

Aegis Therapies is seeking a skilled Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehabilitation program at a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Daleville, VA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the clinical quality, integrity, and service excellence of the rehabilitation program
  • Ensure client and company expectations are met through effective planning, development, and implementation of clinical services and customer relations
  • Identify and implement growth opportunities across the CCRC community and evaluate the effectiveness of employees and ongoing programs
