We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Equinox in Culver City. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our club, ensuring that our members and guests have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the club and exercise equipment are clean and well-maintained
  • Provide excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
  • Clean and stock locker rooms, storage areas, and other facilities
  • Maintain an adequate supply of towels and other essentials
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues to the Maintenance Manager
  • Assist with special events and ensure the club is prepared for member use
  • Notify the Maintenance Manager of any areas that require attention
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in janitorial or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and take on additional tasks as needed
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, running, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
