As a Mechanical Engineer in our Public Assistance team, you will play a critical role in supporting FEMA's response to natural disasters. Your technical expertise will be essential in assessing and addressing damage to mechanical systems and infrastructure, ensuring that affected communities receive the assistance they need.

You will work closely with our team to provide technical support and guidance on the repair, replacement, and improvement of mechanical systems in disaster-affected facilities. Your knowledge of FEMA regulations, policies, and guidelines related to Public Assistance programs will be crucial in this role.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • A Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering or related field, with a focus on building systems and infrastructure.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), required.
