Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Privilege Management Solutions Engineer to join our team at Veterans Sourcing Group. This is a unique opportunity to work on a 4-month project with the potential for extension, located in a fully remote setting with a PST time zone.

About the Role

This position involves deploying, configuring, and supporting Endpoint Privilege Management solutions within a managed device fleet. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Endpoint Privilege Management tools, including CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and similar technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Deploy and configure Endpoint Privilege Management solutions to ensure seamless operation within the end-user compute managed device fleet.
  • Plan and execute ongoing configurations and upgrades to the Endpoint Privilege Management solution to maintain optimal performance.
  • Support requests for configuration changes to allow application elevation based on customer requirements and security recommendations.
  • Track and report metrics related to operations and deployment, including key performance indicators as determined with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with security, engineering, and IT support groups through proposal and delivery of a deployment plan.
  • Work closely with endpoint security engineers, business units, and device engineers to review configurations for audit purposes.
  • Leverage device management services such as Microsoft Intune and JAMF to deploy applications using security groups, deployment collections, or smart/static groups.
  • Utilize Service Now and JIRA to track work-related tasks from start to finish.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MacOS.
  • Experience with Endpoint Privilege Management solutions.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience with Endpoint Privilege Management tool.
  • Knowledge of device management technologies – Intune, JAMF.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in device management and/or device support.
  • Strong communication skills, time management skills, ability to be agile and switch between tasks based on importance and priority.
  • Able to work independently or well within a team and understand and prioritize work successfully for execution.
