Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Circle K. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales growth.
  • Supervise and train store staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales and profit goals.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
