Sales Enablement Specialist

COSA Medical LLC is seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join their team. This role provides sales leaders and representatives with the necessary learning materials, content, and resources to boost growth and achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, optimize, and coordinate all sales content within the organization.
- Become an expert in Predictive Index (PI) and use this knowledge to support sales talent recruitment.
- Create marketing materials for agency-hosted events and sales campaigns.
- Manage Sales Tools & Resources by ensuring that sales representatives and leaders have access to and are thoroughly educated in all resources needed to optimize customer interactions.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales Optimization, Corporate Communications, and Marketing Communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training.
- Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market.
- Ability to learn a high level of technical information, anatomy, and indications as it relates to surgery and procedures.
Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
