Key Responsibilities:
The primary functions include:
- Managing title applications for both new and pre-owned RVs.
- Preparing and submitting all requisite documents to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all title-related paperwork.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of title transactions and their current status.
- Engaging with customers, dealers, and financial institutions to provide updates on title status.
- Addressing any title-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Staying informed about state and federal regulations concerning vehicle titling and registration.
- Providing administrative assistance as required.
- Adhering to all safety protocols consistently.
- Performing additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in relevant areas is advantageous.
- Prior experience as a Title Clerk, ideally within the RV or automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of title processing and DMV protocols.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other pertinent software.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
